Stageworks, Here We Go Again with ‘Thank You for the Music’
Following the success of last years ‘The Sound of Musicals’, the award winning Shane Farrell and Jay Molyneux are returning to Stageworks with a new and exciting programme entitled ‘Thank You for the Music’. This fun and friendly course will be based on the music of one of the world’s most loved groups of all time, ABBA! You will learn and perform songs from their long list of hits including, ‘Waterloo’, ‘The Winner takes It All’, ‘Fernando’, ‘Gimmie! Gimmie! Gimmie!’ and ‘I Have A Dream’ to name but a few!
We will of course also be producing numbers from the Broadway and West End hit musical ‘Mamma Mia’ as well as a string of classics from both movies, ‘Mamma Mia’ and ‘Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again’.
This performance-based musical theatre course is open to all, regardless of experience and is an excellent way to develop both your vocal and dance abilities in a relaxed and professional environment.
At the end of the week, the group will present a song and dance performance.
So, if you are a ‘Dancing Queen’ or just love to sing and dream of having that ‘Super Trouper’ shining on you then this is the course for you and we look forward to welcoming back past performers as well as meeting ones at ‘Thank You for the Music’.
